研究領域與興趣:
聚焦病毒性傳染病關鍵科學問題,,開展病毒致病機制、干預靶點發(fā)現(xiàn)和創(chuàng)新藥物研發(fā),。包括,,針對艾滋病病毒(HIV)潛伏根治缺乏治療靶點這一科學難題,闡述HIV潛伏維持和重激活的宿主動態(tài)調(diào)控機制,,鑒定起關鍵調(diào)控作用的宿主因子和細胞信號通路,,為HIV潛伏根治提供潛在靶點;針對重要傳染病病原,,建立成藥性評價體系,開展抗病毒創(chuàng)新藥物研發(fā),。
