11月4日上午，應(yīng)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院邀請,，美國威奇托州立大學(xué)李小龍教授為學(xué)院師生做題為“New sphere theorems under curvature operator of the second kind”的學(xué)術(shù)講座,，學(xué)院相關(guān)學(xué)科教師及研究生30余人在線共同聆聽了本次講座。

李小龍教授首先介紹了第二類曲率算子在Nishikawa-猜想被解決之后受到了極大關(guān)注,，并給出了具有第二類3-非負(fù)曲率算子的閉黎曼流形的分類,。同時(shí)，介紹了第一類曲率算子和第二類曲率算子及Bochner Weitzenboch公式的相關(guān)問題,，并介紹了最近的研究工作相關(guān)進(jìn)展,。在本次演講中，李教授將簡要介紹第二類曲率算子,，并討論了Nishikawa-猜想的證明,。最后，他介紹了最近在第二類曲率算子負(fù)下界條件的新球面定理方面的工作和相關(guān)問題,。

李小龍教授的報(bào)告緊扣前沿,，開闊了在場學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)視野，提升了同學(xué)們的科研品味,。講座結(jié)束后,，李小龍教授在線與師生進(jìn)行交流互動(dòng)，學(xué)院師生受益匪淺,。

專家簡介：

 Xiaolong Li is currently an Assistant Professor at Wichita State University. He obtained his Ph.D degree under the supervision of Prof. Lei Ni and Prof. Ben Chow at University of California, San Diego. After that, he spent three years as a Visiting Assistant Professor working under the supervision of Prof. Richard Schoen at University of California, Irvine and one year as a Britton Postdoctoral Fellow at McMaster University. His research interests include Differential Geometry, Geometric Analysis and Partial Differential Equations.
