龐善起，男，二級(jí)教授，博士，博士生導(dǎo)師，河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，河南省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人，任美國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)論評(píng)論員。1986年獲河南師范大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士；1989年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；2004年獲西安電子科技大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2005年3月至2005年9月，在日本名古屋大學(xué)大學(xué)進(jìn)行訪問研究。1989年至今，在河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院任教。
