龐善起,，男,，二級教授,，博士,，博士生導(dǎo)師,，河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長，河南省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人,，任美國數(shù)學(xué)評論評論員,。1986年獲河南師范大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士；1989年獲中國科學(xué)院理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；2004年獲西安電子科技大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2005年3月至2005年9月,，在日本名古屋大學(xué)大學(xué)進(jìn)行訪問研究。1989年至今,，在河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院任教,。
