畢衛(wèi)萍，女,，1963年3月生,，中共黨員，教授,，博士,，碩士生導(dǎo)師，河南省教育廳學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人,。1984年畢業(yè)于河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè),，獲理學(xué)學(xué)士。1986年－1989年,，在西北大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀碩士,，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1989年－1999年,，在河南師范大學(xué)從事教學(xué)與科研工作,。1999年－2002年，在鄭州大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士,，獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2002年至今，在河南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息科學(xué)學(xué)院從事教學(xué)與科研工作,。
