余國營教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,中科院百人計(jì)劃,,俄羅斯自然科學(xué)院院士,、河南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、卓越人才特聘教授,,國家肺纖維化生物學(xué)過程及防控學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地(111計(jì)劃)主任,,河南省-科技部共建細(xì)胞分化調(diào)控國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室培育基地主任,中國細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事,,河南省呼吸學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,。從事呼吸疾?。ㄌ匕l(fā)性肺纖維化、急性肺損傷和新冠肺炎等)的分子機(jī)制和藥物研發(fā)研究,,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注肺泡上皮細(xì)胞損傷及其所營造微環(huán)境的改變,,靶向上皮細(xì)胞損傷修復(fù)過程,提出了“甲狀腺激素緩解肺部損傷應(yīng)激”理論,,發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺激素的第四大功能,。在國際上首次報(bào)道了甲狀腺素能夠顯著抑制肺纖維化進(jìn)展,研發(fā)的靶向藥物GC-1已完成II期臨床試驗(yàn),。小分子藥物(MRG201)開發(fā)取得明顯成效,,正在進(jìn)行臨床前試驗(yàn)。在Nature Medicine,、PNAS,、AJRCCM、EMBO 等國際頂刊發(fā)表論文120 余篇,,主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃,、科技部新冠防控專項(xiàng),獲得美國專利授權(quán)11項(xiàng),,中國專利受權(quán)1項(xiàng),。曾獲得中國科協(xié)青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、國際肺及肺泡纖維化組織青年科學(xué)家,,肺纖維化基金會(huì)Albert科學(xué)家成就獎(jiǎng),。
