常緒路,河南省優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,、河南省高等學(xué)校青年骨干教師培養(yǎng)計劃入選者,。從事水產(chǎn)微生物資源與應(yīng)用研究工作,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金,、河南省優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金,、河南省科技攻關(guān)等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊《Journal of Hazardous Materials》,、《Aquaculture》,、《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》、《Probiotics and Antimicrobial Proteins》,、《Aquaculture Reports》,、《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《水產(chǎn)學(xué)報》等發(fā)表研究論文70余篇,。主講課程《微生物學(xué)》入選河南省本科一流課程,、河南省第二批課程思政樣板課程和河南省研究性教學(xué)示范課程,發(fā)表教改論文5篇,,參編教材1部,。
