自碩士至今,,一直從事環(huán)境暴露與健康的研究工作,,積累了較豐富的研究經驗,。熟悉細胞生物學實驗技術(如:原代細胞培養(yǎng)與建系,、細胞培養(yǎng),、慢病毒包裝與感染,、穩(wěn)轉細胞構建)、腫瘤生物學實驗操作(如:腫瘤轉移建模,、乳腺癌原位種植,、尾靜脈注射、腫瘤埋植,、transwell),、分子生物學技術(如:WB、質粒構建,、蛋白表達與純化,、抗體制備)和體外診斷試劑的研發(fā)(如膠體金法、ELISA,、化學發(fā)光法),。

2. Ⅱ型草魚呼長孤病毒的致病機制;
3. 漁業(yè)養(yǎng)殖中快速檢測產品的研發(fā):通過ELISA,、膠體金等方法檢測水質、病原體和農殘藥殘,。
