一,、個(gè)人簡介

聶國興,男,,1971年3月生,,河南長垣人,博士,,教授,,水產(chǎn)學(xué)院院長,河南省水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖工程技術(shù)研究中心主任,。系河南省優(yōu)秀青年科技專家,、河南省高??萍紕?chuàng)新人才、河南師范大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,、河南省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系崗位專家,、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖省級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人、河南省教學(xué)標(biāo)兵,、教育部農(nóng)業(yè)推廣碩士漁業(yè)領(lǐng)域培養(yǎng)協(xié)作組成員,、河南省水產(chǎn)技術(shù)推廣工作技術(shù)專家組副組長、河南省漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究會(huì)副理事長,、河南省漁業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長,、中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)與飼料專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,、中國畜牧學(xué)會(huì)飼料安全及生物技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,。

二、研究領(lǐng)域

研究領(lǐng)域是水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)與飼料科學(xué),。主要研究方向?yàn)轱曈妹钢苿┚赀x育及酶學(xué)性質(zhì)研究,、魚類營養(yǎng)素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)生理學(xué)及漁業(yè)資源評(píng)估與利用。 

飼用酶制劑菌株選育及酶學(xué)性質(zhì)研究方面,,結(jié)合水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)特點(diǎn),,關(guān)注特殊生態(tài)環(huán)境(如:熱泉、鹽湖等),,尤其是高溫環(huán)境中豐富的微生物資源,。從極端生境中分離細(xì)菌、放線菌和真菌,,以純培養(yǎng)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),,結(jié)合免培養(yǎng)技術(shù),篩選能夠產(chǎn)生纖維素酶,、半纖維素酶(木聚糖酶,、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶和漆酶)及蛋白酶,、淀粉酶的菌株,;從上述菌株中獲取基因資源,采用基因工程技術(shù),,定向獲取具有特定功能的飼用酶制劑,;開發(fā)系列酶制劑穩(wěn)定劑、低聚木糖,、低聚甘露糖等下游產(chǎn)品,。先后主持并完成固定化木聚糖酶的理性設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)技術(shù)研究耐高溫木聚糖酶產(chǎn)酶菌株的選育15項(xiàng)省廳級(jí)重大,、重點(diǎn)科研項(xiàng)目及木聚糖酶穩(wěn)定劑的研制與產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn),、酶法制備低聚木糖技術(shù)10項(xiàng)企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目,。科研成果稻田養(yǎng)殖美國青蛙高產(chǎn)技術(shù)及原理的研究”2000年獲得河南省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng),、小麥抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子及其降解酶研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)”2003年獲得河南省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng),、耐高溫木聚糖酶菌株選育、穩(wěn)定性研究及木聚糖酶在魚類飼料中的應(yīng)用”2013年獲得河南省教育廳科技成果一等獎(jiǎng),,河南省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng),。

魚類營養(yǎng)素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)生理學(xué)方面,主要進(jìn)行了鯉魚,、尼羅羅非魚鈉/葡萄糖共轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體,、氨基酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體、小肽轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體的組織差異,、發(fā)育變化,、營養(yǎng)調(diào)控、載體蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系研究,。承擔(dān)了國家自然科學(xué)基金課題鯉魚腸道Sglt1表達(dá),、結(jié)構(gòu)與轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活性研究(313725452014-2017),。本項(xiàng)目在前期研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,,參考國內(nèi)外同類研究成果,以鯉魚為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,,綜合采用營養(yǎng)學(xué),、免疫學(xué)、組織化學(xué),、細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、分子生物學(xué)等實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù),從基因轉(zhuǎn)錄,、翻譯和蛋白水平研究鯉魚Sglt1 表達(dá),、結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活性及Sglt1-Glut2的表達(dá)關(guān)聯(lián),,旨在闡明鯉魚腸道Sglt1表達(dá)及其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活性的晝夜節(jié)律,,探討日糧中Na+濃度、葡萄糖濃度對(duì)Sglt1表達(dá)及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活性的調(diào)控規(guī)律,。項(xiàng)目的研究結(jié)果部分揭示了魚類糖代謝的分子機(jī)理,,可促進(jìn)糖類在水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物飼料中的科學(xué)使用。另外,,本方向承擔(dān)的項(xiàng)目還有河南省教育廳科學(xué)技術(shù)研究重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目鯉魚腸道肽轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體PepT1表達(dá)及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活性的研究(12A2400012012-2014),。

漁業(yè)資源評(píng)估方面,承擔(dān)了河南省科技攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目河南省魚類資源調(diào)查暨優(yōu)良養(yǎng)殖品種挖掘(1221021100492013-2015)和河南水環(huán)境變化對(duì)魚類區(qū)系組成的影響(1221023103572013-2015)的研究工作,。本工作的目標(biāo)是修訂1984年出版的《河南魚類志》,,建設(shè)河南省魚類標(biāo)本庫,、種質(zhì)資源庫和條形碼信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,助力河南省水產(chǎn)業(yè)的長足發(fā)展,。
