在半導(dǎo)體物理領(lǐng)域中對半導(dǎo)體表面界面,、量子阱結(jié)構(gòu)中電子聲子相互作用與極化子自能等領(lǐng)域都做過較深入地研究并取得一些創(chuàng)新性研究成果。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文150余篇,,其中有100余篇被SCI收錄,。主持、參加了多項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,、省科技廳和省教育廳項(xiàng)目,。多篇論文獲河南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀論文一,、二等獎(jiǎng)。
