周猛,男,,漢族,,中共黨員,1990 年4 月生,,河南滑縣人,,博士,博士后,,碩士生導(dǎo)師,。2021年7月在南京郵電大學(xué)通信與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,同月至2023年7月在浙江大學(xué)信息與通信工程學(xué)科(領(lǐng)域)從事博士后研究工作,。2023年7月任職于河南師范大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與信息工程學(xué)院,,從事相關(guān)的教學(xué)和科研工作。
近年來,,擔(dān)任IEEE Transactions on Communications,、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters 等國際重要期刊審稿人,,并先后在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30 余篇,,獲授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利5 項(xiàng)。
