常盟盟,，男,，1987年10月生，講師,，工學(xué)博士,，碩士生導(dǎo)師。分別于2011年,、2018年畢業(yè)于鄭州大學(xué),、北京工業(yè)大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士,、碩士學(xué)位,；2019年9月-2023年6月，在北京工業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)部攻讀博士，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,，導(dǎo)師丁治明教授,。

2011年7月-2015年8月，主要從事郵儲(chǔ)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)研發(fā)工作,；2018年7月-2019年8月,，在中建方程投資發(fā)展集團(tuán)從事天津塘沽灣智慧城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工作；2023年7月至今,，在河南師范大學(xué)大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與信息工程學(xué)院從事教學(xué)與科研工作,。
