袁培燕,,分別從河南師范大學(xué),、武漢理工大學(xué),、北京郵電大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)獲得學(xué)士、碩士,、博士學(xué)位,美國(guó)德克薩斯大學(xué)達(dá)拉斯分校博士后,。目前為河南師范大學(xué)教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,計(jì)算機(jī)與信息工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),,河南師范大學(xué)平原學(xué)者,,河南省高等學(xué)校青年骨干教師;兼任中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)杰出會(huì)員,,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專委執(zhí)行委員,、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用專委執(zhí)行委員,河南省計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,,IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員,,EJWCN/JBD副主編。

長(zhǎng)期從事物聯(lián)網(wǎng),、移動(dòng)邊緣計(jì)算,、分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)與系統(tǒng)的研究工作。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)(面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),,聯(lián)合基金2項(xiàng)),,橫向項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),河南省教育教學(xué)改革重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),,河南省虛擬仿真一流課程1門,。以第一作者或通信作者在IEEE TSC/TCC/IoTJ/ISJ/TVT/《軟件學(xué)報(bào)》等國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊以及IEEE/ACM MobiHoc/ICDCS等會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文70余篇,ESI高被引論文1篇,,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),,軟件著作權(quán)6項(xiàng),,出版學(xué)術(shù)專著1部,主編河南省十四五規(guī)劃教材1部,。獲首屆博士研究生國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,、河南省高等教育教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),國(guó)際,、國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議最佳論文/廣受關(guān)注學(xué)術(shù)論文5項(xiàng),。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲河南省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽一等獎(jiǎng)、數(shù)學(xué)建模全國(guó)二等獎(jiǎng)等,。目前培養(yǎng)已畢業(yè)研究生17人,,培養(yǎng)在校研究生15人。
