2011年-2014年在武漢大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士研究生學(xué)習(xí),。目前致力于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、深度學(xué)習(xí),、生物信息等方向研究,。曾獲得河南省科技成果一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),河南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)論文二等獎(jiǎng),,河南省教育廳優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),、二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),河南師范大學(xué)研究生優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師,,河南師范大學(xué)文明教師等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),。獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利6項(xiàng),軟件著作權(quán)6項(xiàng),。主持教育部協(xié)同育人創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目,、河南省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和河南省高校重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等。近幾年來(lái),,擔(dān)任了 Bioinformatics,、Brief in Bioinformatics、BIBM,、IEEE-ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics,、BMC Bioinformatics等期刊會(huì)議審稿人,在生物信息領(lǐng)域主流的 SCI 期刊發(fā)表相關(guān)論文二十余篇,,主要研究成果發(fā)表在 IEEE-ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics,,Proteins: structure function, and bioinformatics,BMC bioinformatics,,Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology,,Computational and Mathematical Methods in Medicine,,IET system biology等期刊,得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外同行專(zhuān)家的認(rèn)可,,發(fā)表在 Proteins 期刊的文章被選為期刊封面文章,。近年來(lái),指導(dǎo)研究生共計(jì)20余人,,其中張禹同學(xué)獲得了2022年河南省優(yōu)秀碩士學(xué)位論文,,畢業(yè)研究生就業(yè)方向?yàn)?/span>攻讀博士研究生,高等院校,,優(yōu)質(zhì)IT企業(yè)等,。
